Not-Me Shoes ships all orders directly from Brazil to customers across the United States. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within up to 3 business days. After shipment, delivery typically occurs within 12 to 20 business days, depending on the destination. However, please note that due to an ongoing strike by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Agency, many shipments are experiencing customs processing delays of up to 10 additional business days before international dispatch. As a result, the total delivery time may be extended. We appreciate your understanding during this temporary situation.
Since your order is shipped internationally from Brazil, it may be subject to customs inspections and import duties, depending on the laws of your country or state. Not-Me Shoes is not responsible for any additional fees related to customs clearance or import taxes. If such charges apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please also check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after purchase, please contact us at contact@not-me.shop.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Not-Me Shoes is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to such errors, the customer may be charged an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
While we work with trusted international logistics partners, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather, customs processing, or transportation disruptions. Please be aware that the current strike at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Agency is causing delays in customs clearance, with some packages being held for up to 10 business days before departure. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will reach out to you via email to arrange reshipment. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.
